First audition..

Hey there!!

Today I wanna tell you about the first audition i did.

As you know I just started this new adventure and I only did like 8 or 9 auditions so far. So I still remember very well how it was the first time around. It was for a commercial for cookies that I did not get. 🙁 But O well.. it was the first time you know.. so it would have been almost unreal if I would have gotten it the first time I tried. Right?

Thats what my dad always tells me anyway.. Lavender.. If you don’t get the job, there is always a next time and you can try again. And even when you don’t get the job you’ll still learn something.Next time you have an audition you’ll be better and less nervous.. I guess he is right 🙂

But Okay.. Back to my story. The first time you have to stand there in front of the people is quite scary.. the whole room is looking at you and you have to remember your lines, say them exactly as the people tell you to say them and don’t forget to smile 😉 And what do you know.. i forgot to smile, and since you only get one shot I did not get the job that day.. Bummer!!

But my dad was right.. I did learn something from it.. next time around I didn’t forget to smile and what do you know? I got the job!!
